Below you will find the Refund Policy for different kinds of distribution of the European Go Journal.
If you unsubscribed from the journal and you have not received the edition of the journal which you pre-paid, you have a right to request a complete refund on it if you don’t want to receive it.
The digital edition cannot be returned and the refund is not provided.
You can request us for refund on the paperback edition in the following cases:
- Print copy has not been sent to you yet
- Print copy arrived damaged (in this case we refund 50% of the price you paid)
- A period of 14 days has not passed yet since you received a print copy and you didn’t unpack it yet. In such case if you request a refund you will have to send us the print copy back and to pay for the back delivery by yourself
If 60 or more days have passed since we sent you a print copy, and you have not received it, it is considered lost. In such case you have a right to request us either for a refund or to send you a print copy once again.
As the digital copy is always sent to you when you purchase a print copy, the amount of refund is calculated as the price you paid for the paperback edition minus the price of the digital edition.
Go Club License
The digital edition ordered via the Go Club License cannot be returned and the refund is not provided.
