Delivery Policy

Below you will find the Delivery Policy for different kinds of distribution of the European Go Journal.

Digital Edition

The digital edition is sent via email. The files are for personal use only and not for further distribution.

When you order a past edition of the journal, the digital copy is sent to you instantly after successful payment.

If you are subscribed to the journal, the digital copy is sent to you at the beginning of each month.

In case you don’t receive an email with the files on the specified email address, do not hesitate to contact us. Don’t forget to check spam folder of your inbox just in case.

Paperback Edition

When you order a paperback (print) copy of the journal, you also receive a digital edition via email (see above).

A print copy will be sent from Kyiv, Ukraine using Ukrainian postal operator (Ukrposhta).

When you order a print copy of the past edition of the journal, it will be sent to you within three days after you complete the purchase on our website.

If you are subscribed to the journal, you will receive a digital edition at the beginning of each month. A print copy will be sent approximately in 10 days after you receive the digital edition.

After we send you a print copy, you will receive a notification via email. In case you choose an option “tracking number” during check out, in the notification email you will also receive a link for tracking a print copy on the way to you.

If the ordered edition of the journal is sold out, we will need additional 10 days to print a copy for you. You will receive a separate notification via email in such case.

Go Club License

If you order a past edition of the journal via the Go Club License or subscribe to the journal this way, you receive a digital edition via email (see above). You can distribute it to the go club members for which you paid. When you do it, please specify explicitly that the files are for personal use only and not for sharing with the others.
